Privacy Policy

How AI Analysis handles information on its public research website, including hosting, browser storage and existing newsletter records.

Effective October 18, 2026. AI Analysis is operated by RS Commercial Services, Inc. This policy describes the current public research website at ai-analysis.ai.

The service this policy covers

You can browse model research, comparisons, estimates, guides and public archives without an account. Website registration, sign-in, newsletter signup, contact forms and model execution are unavailable in the current public release.

This policy does not turn on those services or change an existing subscription choice. Information collected under earlier privacy commitments remains subject to those commitments and applicable law.

Information processed when you visit

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the public website and provides network security. Delivering a page involves processing technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL, request time, browser information and traffic or security signals. Cloudflare can make service and security information available to the site operator.

We use technical information to deliver pages, maintain availability, investigate faults and protect the website against abuse. The public research application does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site marketing analytics.

If you email a published contact address, we and our email providers process your address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can respond and manage the request. Please send only information necessary for your inquiry.

Research inputs and browser storage

Text entered into the token estimator is processed in your browser. Research calculators and checklist marks do not send that text to a model provider or create an account record. Do not enter patient information, confidential client material, passwords or API keys.

Search terms, filters, design choices and selected public model IDs can appear in page URLs. URLs can be recorded in browser history, copied when you share a link, and processed by hosting infrastructure when requested. Do not put sensitive information in a search or URL.

The website uses browser storage for functional invitation preferences, such as remembering that you dismissed the newsletter information card, and session storage to avoid repeating it during a browsing session. The dismissal cooldown is 30 days; a stored preference can remain on your device until you clear it. These preferences are not newsletter consent and are not sent as customer records.

You can clear site storage or change cookie settings in your browser. Cloudflare can use cookies for security or traffic management when those features apply. Clearing local preferences does not change an existing subscription or unsubscribe record.

Existing accounts and newsletter records

The public website does not accept new account registrations or newsletter subscriptions and does not send newsletters. Reading an archive or opening the newsletter information card does not subscribe you.

Existing subscriber, consent, unsubscribe and suppression records are held separately from the public model catalog. Private database and email services used for those existing records include Neon and Resend. Records are not treated as fresh consent simply because an email address is present.

An unsubscribe or suppression record can need to remain so that a person is not contacted again. We do not remove those protections as part of moving the website. Contact us to ask about an existing record, an earlier commitment, or your communication choices.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for hosting, network security, private record storage and email communications as described here. We disclose information needed for those functions, to comply with applicable law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect people and the service against fraud or abuse.

The current public research service does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Links to publishers, model providers and other external resources open services governed by their own policies. Visiting this website does not authorize a model provider request on your behalf.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We keep correspondence and private records as needed to address requests, honor consent and suppression choices, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Earlier privacy commitments continue to apply to information collected under them.

Hosting and security records are managed under the relevant service configuration and provider policies. We do not promise a single deletion deadline for every provider or record. Browser-stored preferences remain subject to your browser controls.

We limit access to private records and use safeguards appropriate to the service. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. The public catalog and its recovery copies contain research data, not the subscriber or customer database.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact questions@ai-analysis.ai to make a request or ask about an existing unsubscribe.

We assess requests under applicable law, verify identity proportionately when necessary, and respond within the applicable time limits. A request can be limited where records must be retained to comply with law, protect others or honor an opt-out. You can describe the request and relevant email address without sending identity documents or sensitive records in the first message.

International visitors and children

RS Commercial Services, Inc. is based in the United States. Hosting, security and communication providers can process information in the United States and other countries. Their processing locations and safeguards are described in their policies. Merely visiting the website is not treated as blanket consent to a new use of your personal information.

The service is general research information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so that we can address it under applicable law.

Updates and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If new collection, account, newsletter or execution features are introduced, their notices and choices will reflect the actual service before activation. A revised notice does not erase earlier privacy commitments or grant new consent for historical records.
