Using AI Analysis

These terms apply to your use of the AI Analysis website and its public research tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

The current release provides public catalog information, anonymous comparison, planning estimates, editorial guides and preserved archive content. Account registration, sign-in, saved customer research, newsletter signup and provider execution are unavailable. Browsing does not create an account, subscribe you to email or authorize a paid model request.

Research information and evidence limits

Content is provided for general information and research. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, a clinical decision service, a compliance certification, or an endorsement of a model or provider. Do not use the website as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or emergency services.

Catalog records and benchmark observations are stored, source-attributed snapshots. Provider variants, settings, revisions and measurement conditions matter. Missing evidence remains unavailable. Healthcare rankings remain withheld while the benchmark is rebuilt; a general intelligence score does not establish healthcare or legal suitability.

Prices, throughput, token counts and ROI calculations are estimates or listed measurements with stated limits. Verify current provider terms, identifiers, prices, availability and task results before making a deployment or purchasing decision. The website does not execute or approve that decision.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people, intellectual property and access controls. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions, interfere with availability, distribute malicious code or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Use public data endpoints within their stated bounds. Do not use repeated or automated requests to evade limits or disrupt the service. Do not put patient data, confidential client records, passwords or provider credentials into research tools, search fields, URLs or messages to us.

Content, sources and third-party services

AI Analysis editorial content, branding and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Model names, company logos, linked material and third-party datasets belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Attribution or a source link does not grant additional redistribution rights.

External links and directory listings are provided as research references. We do not control third-party services, verify every publisher claim or guarantee their availability, security, licensing or suitability. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied by a listing.

The prompt, skill and MCP directories can contain metadata only. A listing does not include permission to install, execute or copy third-party material. Check the original source and applicable license.

Availability and changes

We can update, correct, restrict or discontinue content or features, including to address errors, security concerns, rights or legal requirements. We do not guarantee continuous availability, completeness, real-time updates or that a retained feature will become available on a particular date.

We can revise these terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively to the extent permitted by applicable law; additional notice or consent will be provided where required. New account, subscription or execution services can require separate terms before use.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and information are provided as is and as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement. You are responsible for checking the evidence and deciding how to use it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RS Commercial Services, Inc. and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service, including lost profits, interrupted business or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy explains the current site data flows and your choices. A website visit or account choice is not newsletter consent. Existing unsubscribe and suppression choices remain separate and must be honored.
